I can't imagine how you'd go about mixing coconut oil with this as it's a solid around room temp...

I usually just spread it on toast or put it in the aeropress if I'm feeling particularly broscience.

But it also melts at a very low temperature, so a quick heating turns it to liquid.
Normally I just eat it straight out the jar with a spoon, but I figured I'd try it mixed into the huel. Worked well.
