Well I had some post work out, a sell by date chicken tikka with salad (one of rare times I eat meat) for lunch, and I'll have a Huel for my evening meal. One thing I learned to do is switch a big meal to lunchtime, otherwise you're sleeping on a heavy evening meal, if you do have food as well as Huel its good to do this if your aim is general fitness or weight loss.
