I've just entered and will be looking forward to it!
-
• #3
A quarter of the guys tickets have been sold already.
Be quick!
-
• #4
Half the men's tickets have been sold inside 24 hours, and that's with an extra 60 tickets this year compared to last year. Don't leave it too late to secure your place on the start grid. We'll be doing an A final and B final this year, so there's something for everyone. We're hoping to have an A and B final for the Women too if we get enough entrants.

Was there stuff happening the day after this last year?
Thinking about coming down from Glasgow for it, can't decide if I should hang around for Sunday too.
Cheers.

Last year was a Sunday so the afterparty wasn't a late one.
No plans for the next day just yet.

Popped down for a while earlier but left when the cold got to me.
Good to see so many lovely people.
I was hugely impressed by the amazing organisation. The races just kept on coming. So smooth and without any major mishaps which was good.
Hope the rest of the afternoon went as well. Wish I had dressed more appropriately.

Great racing, the whole thing was very professionally put together, who'd have thought :) I got cold too but lucky home is only 5 mins away so went back to grab a hoody.
Props to the NLTCBMBC

Great stuff, well done to all at NLTCBMBC for the hard work.

Amazing work from everyone who orangised and run this event! Such a great vibe and great racing from both men and women! Bring on the next event!!

Saw you guys rolling around the road track like bosses as I nervously headed inside for my first track session..
Chapeau to organsisers. -
• #20
Y they limited you to the shit end of the circuit?
-
• #21
Great Event once again
-

We chose to keep the laps to 1KM, have wide, sweeping corners, undulations and a technical hairpin.
The wasteland around the BMX course would have been boring for the riders and spectators.

Great to see UK, London and International community coming out to support our event.
Thank you to our riders, helpers and everyone who came down to cheer!
Amazing day.

The hairpin worked so much better than expected. Watching 75 guys flying around it from the timing hut was pretty special.
Thanks to everyone for coming, helping and racing. It makes the hard work behind the scenes worthwhile. I might sleep for the next week and then get to work on next years race

We're back with the 2nd edition of ThunderCrit this May. Bigger, better, faster and radder than ever. This year sees us move to the iconic Lee Valley VeloPark and ThunderCrit will be the first Fixed Gear Crit to be held at this outstanding venue.
Last year saw us bring riders together from across the UK and all over the world with Jo Smith (WBN?) and Paul Vanotti (Disorderly Habits) becoming the inaugural ThunderCrit champions.
This year will see the same qualifying heat setup as last year, with a few tweaks to keep the race evolving. We'll also have bigger and better prizes supplied by our awesome race sponsors.
Bell Bike Helmets | Altura Technical Bikewear | Kin Cycles | Hiplok | Spin On These | Dark Arts Coffee | Standert Bicycles | BLOC Eyewear | AssSavers | Yard Sale Pizza | Bello Cyclist | Athlete Lab | Selle San Marco
As always with our races it's FREE to come down and spectate and there is plenty to see and do around the VeloPark. Expect exciting crit racing action from the top riders across the UK and Europe as they fight it out to become the 2017 ThunderCrit champions.
