A non-FORS scaffolding lorry turning left has taken out a cyclist on the Bend at E&C, police still on scene and the exit to the New Kent Road is currently taped off. No sign of the cyclist, I think they've already been taken to hospital. Traffic is v heavy on Newington Causeway and coming down from St George's circus.
