Do you not see the relationship to my question and you're previous statement? Now I realise it's not the most eloquent argument, and I was going to go with 'beat their kids', but i thought that was ridiculous so I picked a form of animal cruelty that is not seen as acceptably to most British residents as a comparison. There are parallels.

And there has been some fucking thick things said on this forum.

Fair enough. Foxes are vermin down here, I live on a farm and you should see what the foxes do to the livestock down here. Is really horrific. I don't think you can compare dog fighting with fox hunting, was IMO just a really unnecessary analogy.

If they are vermin, then sure, control them. But do it in a safe and humane manner.

I'm not sure that pest control can somehow justify the torture of animals, which I think was the point that dst was getting at w/r/t dog fighting
