For a mostly vegetarian, who eats very little processed food, £45 a week doesn't seem that cheap. I spend less than that on fruit, veg, rice, poncy milk etc.
I eat almost solely Huel and it costs me about 70 a month. If you set up a regular order and buy multiple bags in that order it works out way less than I was spending on just lunch slone.
