It's been a while, but I'll dust this thread off again.
Trying to get race fit again for the nocturne and radrace42 next month. For small sprinter wannabe like me to train to hold and sustain a power threshold it definitely difficult.
I was the idiot on the town bike with Brixton cycles mudflap with a 'large' saddle bag (for extra down force) to break the 8 laps in one hour. So far 6 minutes off that target! Oh how the pork buns have paid dividends...
I'll try to get there 2 or three times a work week as I have track and club run on the weekend.
I'll probably be there a little earlier due to work commitments and I want to avoid the stupid traffic around the start of 7am. I'll be the town bike, and if possible maybe the L96 one day =/
