with only 1cm length in it, I'd go for the XS for increased standover and seatpost length tbh

here are the measurez (keep in mind its a road bike)

seat tube is 48cm

edit: now that I think about the math that green measurement doesn't seem right, must have misremembered on the walk from shed back to house or measured incorrectly in the dark...
