Not much. If I'm eating just yeast extract, a tiny scrape of coconut oil, otherwise, if I'm eating peanut butter or hummus, no extra spread is needed. Don't eat a huge amount of bread these days anyway.
Yeah, it's just so easy for a quick bite. I do still eat it, but significantly less than I used to when I still ate cheese! I've made my own bread for years, and recently have started only using spelt/rye flour, and avoid white/wholewheat generic flours. Seems to digest better.
