To be honest @edmundro, All of these beasts will weigh a ton when fully loaded.

my kaffenback is heavy as all hell. but it does have racks front and rear and tbh it ain't about the weight with these kind of rigs.

you could always try working out if you need to work on your guns.

WUT?!? I don't want heavy as a baseline...

I want a geared bike for work. Day to day. General stuff. Winter hack. And tourer. So needs thicker tyres. Mudguards. And if needed the racks...

But yes... They're all much of a muchness. Unless I'm missing something massively glaringly obvious?
