Only if you have the strange Wolber Mixte rims. I don't think even @Gaston has Wolber Mixte rims, and his rim collection is taller than you are :)
Aha!! I have one of these unused, 36h. Mine just has 'Super Champion' no Wolber on the decal.
I've been wondering what the F it was, bought at a jumble on a whim without noticing the really strange flange instead of a bead-hook.
Built it up, noticed the wierdness as I did. Then had trouble getting a 38c to stay hooked on. Unbuilt it.
Thanks @mdcc_tester

Can't help you, but am curious to know what kind of split it is and what caused it?

Impressive. Did anything spectacular precede it happening?

Thanks. I thought this would be the case from a bit of googling. I just don't like throwing stuff away.

What's a decent mid-range front road hub. 32 hole black or silver finish. Cartridge bearing. Hope?

Nothing amazing
Just noticed a bit of a wobble in the wheel and when I went to true it found the rim was fucked

Happened to mine they are basically flawed . I did manage to get a replacement under warranty.
Get a dt460 instead.

Pacenti have been notorious for hitting weights by skimping on the spoke bed

Anyone have any experience and/or opinion of DT XR331 rims (or any of DT's other rims that use PHR/Squorx)?

Has anyone used the blb king hubs? I know it's not a very appreciated brand on here but they look ok, are low flange and reasonably priced. Aside from the blb shame, does anyone have a real reason to avoid?
Edit: some more utfs and I've answered my own question.

Noob question...... but, if I'm changing the freehub (Shimano to Campagnolo) on a wheel built to a Novatec F172 hub, will the wheel need re-dishing? or will it be a straight swap?

I built one up for my fixeh recently as some bellend spent far too much money on a bike and couldn't get a freewheel to clear the spokes on a wheel built with one, was free to me but actually a nice hub, bearings spin for dayz.

Cheapest place for archeypes at the moment? DCR quoted me £127 posted for 2...pretty sure they were 45 a pop last summer
What vintage? The old ones could be rebuilt from the shell up, but it's not actually worth doing even if you can find some NOS spares, because you end up with something which is worth less than you've just spent on the renovation.
