I'm trying to run 30k pretty soon after I did all the correct steps (5k, 18min. 10k, 39min. 21km, 1H04).
I'm struggling to find what to eat to be "light" and not hit the wall. I often morning run without eating before but not more than 45minutes. I like to be clean and energised and I find that when I eat I'm really heavy and have sometimes bloating. Any advices ?

A wholemeal pitta bread (toasted) stuffed with a whole tin of tuna. Add lettuce/spring onions and salad cream to taste. That got me through a 10 mile run in fine fettle.
