Check out the other pictures. They photoshop out the seat tube because it makes it obvious that it's a Cervelo copy. The big brands have visual recognition software for logos and that, I guess that extends to unique shapes too.
They actually look pretty good (well, exactly like the S5), and also quite cheap too. Chances of it disintegrating on the first ride?
Coin toss. The risk isn't really of it disintegrating straight away, more of it cracking/failing at a lower impact than the real version.
