need a 42t single speed chainset and bb

• DA 7402: some heel rub but nothing excessive.
  
• Shimano 42t 'ring: "shark's tooth" wear but this is from when it was run in a double, so reversed to suit the outer position it's unworn.
  
• Token British threaded, 103mm BB: TT miles only!
  
• Allen key crank bolts.
  
• No chainring bolts.
  
  

Mike Burrows? I had him shorten them for TT action and they're now 150mm!
