Envoie lui un message et dis lui que tu la trouve magnifique et que les petites imperfections du polissage lui donne un caractère original mais que le filetage n'est pas asse long pour ton vélo.
En suite dis lui : que me conseille tu de faire? tout simplement. Il dois tenir à sa REP...

If you feel disappointed then I would send them back. At the end of the day you have paid for a service and that service hasn't been fulfilled to your requirements. I'd think about how much you paid then decide if the trouble of returning it is worth it or not.
