I made my first lasagne since going vegan last August. Cashew Bechamel is a piece of piss, and used TVP mince in the sauce which was otherwise my classic recipe. Fuck me, better than meat+cheese lasagne by a mile.
I used to do a cashew based bechamel, it was all well and good till I did a proper bechamel sauce and it made the lasagne about 20 times better... stick loads of vegan cheese in it as well and you can't go wrong!
