Haven't really considered splitting before. What sort of price were you thinking?
-
• #8
£250 if the condition is good

The boot on the headshok - why no zip-ties?

I had run out when I took the photos! they are on there now

£250 is low I'd say for the frame. I'd certainly pay more.
It's not a bidding site though so if you are splitting please post a price.

I'm gonna hold off splitting for the moment, ideally want to see it as a complete bike, but will update the ad when I do.
Branwen: Stem is a 130mm. I ride a Canyon Ultimate in medium and a 58cm Cube and this bike fits me fine to give you an idea of sizing

you looking to sell the bike or frame?

Also, for information, please see Bike Radar:
Rare Cannondale Cad3 Silkroad - 56cm - £650 - OxfordAnd then @rabeynon please read THIS
I'm sure you'll have a much better audience here, as most of bike radar are angry MAMIL's with no idea to the value of this.
Very cool bike

Yeah I hate BikeRadar - it's the most unfriendly and awkwardly difficult to manage forum I've ever come across. And the mods cause more problems than solve them.

Dropped the price - £600 or make me an offer!
-
• #20
I still really want this
-
• #21
Make me an offer then ;)
-
• #22
I have to make my current Cannondale work first. Well, probably.

I've stripped this frame down to frame/fork/stem/seatpost and it's leaning against my bookshelf.
Checking Strava I did 94km on this before robbing all the parts and putting them on the Klein - it's just possible I have too many bikes.
I paid £325 for frame/fork/stem/post - if anyone has a burning desire to own a very rare Cannondale Silk Road and would like to pay me that same amount of money let me know.

This is a really comfy bike to ride, and you won't see anyone else on one of them! There are a few minor marks on the paint as you'd expect from a 20 year old frame, but these have been touched up and are hardly noticeable. It is completely rust free and otherwise in great condition. The Headshok has just had new bearings and a service by Rikki from Pankhurst Cycles. I am only selling it as I have run out of space and it doesnt get the use it deserves. Will be very sad to see it go!
Located near Didcot, but willing to travel
EDIT: Price drop and open to sensible offers - would rather sell it complete than split!
