  • See Conte is hoping to overthrow sky's fixture scheduling. After spurs last season playing 3 Monday nights in a row in April it does look a lot fairer this time around. Sounds like bed wetting time not squeaky bums. Looking forward to #goonedhogday on Sunday.

Sadly before then I'm at bootham tomorrow to go watch York city in all likelihood suffer a second successive relegation. Not sure we'll be up for the Wembley final in may if we do end up in conference north. BT sport are making a first trip to York tommorow to film the carnage and probably some grown men crying. Need to beat 3rd place team and hopes resting on either Dagenham, Soulihill moors or north ferriby utd winning too. FFS...

  • Gutted for you. I genuinely feared it would happen to us this time last year (two successive relegations) and it is an awful thing to happen. The only thing now is if Orient go belly up, you might get a reprieve. Whatever happens I hope you bounce back.

  • Thanks. It was the strangest end to a game I've ever witnessed, silence and disbelief. It took a few seconds to realise that it was all over. There was an air of the inevitable when guiseley scored late on and we had missed so many chances and seemed to be content for the draw. Can't look at the last day though. This has been coming and at least you daggers had a go and got a goal back.

I think the club will be fine next year although we've had ground issues for years. Wouldn't wish a clubs demise on any fan so I do hope Orient don't fold but the situation is interesting. Was actually looking forward to playing them next season. Conference north isn't exactly full of away trips for southern based fans.

Everton and Spurs wins today would help lift the mood.
