Great job keep going. I found Gert Jan Theunisse's 1988 bike in similar condition and I just cleaned everything. It looks pretty good and I believe better to do that than repaint. I'd leave the campy that's already on it, it's accurate to the time frame of the bike and most likely the original parts. Post pics when you're done or better yet post them on the Facebook page CycloRetro Marketplace.
