Think I'm pretty narrow. They have definitely felt more snug since I started rising in flats regularly 😂 Jim prefers specialized, as he has wider feet.

So broke a helmet when I was turning a corner and a pedestrian decided to step out into the road. To be honest I never felt comfortable with my helmet to begin with. I have a lot of hair!
What helmets do people recommend?

Would also like to know this, but for different reasons. My head is tiny and every helmet I've tried looks enormous.

I have the Kask Vertigo. Most comfortable helmet I've ever had. You can move the mechanism at the back up & down as well as tightening, so it's easy to fit hair through, and always fits where you want it. I have quite a lot of hair too, and this also means it is adjustable hairstyle dependant!

I have a tiny child size head and finally found a decent fitting helmet in the Giro Savant, not too bulky, subtle and no mushroom head!

Hallo. All being well I should be at the LMNH jumble in October. Have loads of wms clothing - some of it, to my shame, is BNWT or worn once. Vulpine, Dare2B, Howies, Sidi, Union34, FWE, Sealskinz, Giordana, and more. Also loads of bike stuff. Am having a clearout due to impending move. Mainly Large/Extra Large sizes (14/16) but some smaller stuff. If anyone wants to know more in advance drop a line and I'll sort out some pics. :)

SHOOOOOOES!
1) One pair of limited ed Cons. Map design. Very little use. Converse really don't seem to suit my foot shape :( Size 6 Yours for £25.
2) Vans, hi tops. Black with multi laces. Very little use - I'm a 6 or 39. These feel like more like a 6.5. Marked up as US mens 7/US womens 8.5. £20
3) Raggedy pair of black Vans that I bought as an emergency when I forgot to bring a pair with me to the bmx track after having ridden there in Sidis. £5/a pint.
Soles of all have had virtually no or little wear. I can deliver via LMNH next Thurs (5th Oct) for LBK book launch. Or postage negotiable.

Just an FYI here on the Vulpine Harrington jacket sizing:
I wear a top UK 10 (in most brands, like Warehouse, I have somewhat wider arms/delts and a lot of clothing doesn't fit me around the shoulders/lats) and a Levi's / Lee jeans size 29 (hips are 38 inch) and a B cup, so I don't need extra room there.
I find the size M fits me fine on the hips, the shoulders are still a little big. So it may work for you if you have a size 12 on top as there's loads of room on top. But a larger hip size means it's going to be a bit tight there.
The cut is very straight, again I don't care as I carry items in my pockets so it's not going to look "perfect" anyway, but if you want a waisted jacket you may want another brand or model probably.

Free an unworn Meame reflective tweed cycling blazer, size L
https://www.meame.co.uk/product/maia-reflective-tweed-blazer/
Great quality but it looks dreadful on me :( because I'm too short for the cut (I'm 5' 1.5")
I kept it for years because it cost a lot but I know it's just never going to suit me
Come try it on, and if it fits you you can have it. Massive bargain for someone!

that looks awesome. I kind of want it but in reality I don't need to look that smart so it would be a waste on me!

So, I have a little mtb bike shorts problem. I need mountain bike shorts, but I have the legs of a track cycler. Who owns shorts that actually give enough leg room? I Bought some from yeti that were.... form fitting.

I am sure there is basically no chance you still have this, but if you do I would love it. I'm a tall human that is constantly trying to commute in jackets that don't let me reach my bars.
They're fairly narrow. I have 8s which is what I usually wear (both sidis and regular shoes are men's shoes though) but they are definitely slightly too small. If buying again I'd go with 8.5s. 8 mega (wide fit) might be ok.
Additionally if you have flat feet and planning on using a different insole it's worth knowing the standard sidi one is quite thin, so swapping it out affects sizing.
