Just bought one so that I could use existing Ultegra cranks with a new CAAD12 Disc frameset.

I'm about to buy a Kogel bottom bracket (one of the few BB's that are BB30A with a 24mm spindle), and have the option of throwing in some derailleur pulleys. They are £111 so not exactly on the cheap side - are they actually worth it? This is on my (only bike) all rounder, used for the occasional TT, crit, and all my training.
