Who was that on the Van Nicholas on Old Street around 10:30 this morning?
Hooned it past me on the round about shouting something, not sure if it was to me or he was on the phone as had music on. Then they came back the other way further down the road and waved at me. Didn't get a chance to see their face properly. Was either 'on here' or I dropped something and they were trying to let me know!
