Not strictly a "Bad trader", but last autumn I responded to a wanted thread by a guy called Tom, a.k.a @Airatnak, who wanted to borrow a bike bag for a trip to Italy. He used it for his hols and did message once to organise returning it but has since gone quiet. So having already sent him a few messages I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has his contact details? I noticed he hasn't been on the forum since messaging me months ago, so it's probably a case of life getting in the way, but summer's on the way and I need my bag back, thanks all.

Hi Kev,
I'll be honest and say I completely forget I still had this until your email popped up, I have your mobile number so I'll find the bag and arrange to get it back to you,
Again, many apologies bud

I advise caution when purchasing anything from @Breive.
I bought a seat post advertised as in good condition from this listing https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/305285/
The photos do not show all the sides of the item on the listing and when it arrived I discovered why. The post itself is pitted, clamp bolt is in a poor state and the clamp itself which holds the saddle rails is cracked with two edges broken and missing part of it.
In a message to seller asking how they could advertise something as good condition with the damage and that they should have listed the issues, I was told that the pitting will be hidden and I should polish it and it will be like new and no reply to my query about the damage. -

Had a pretty ridiculous experience with @Muesli. I'm not keen on grassing like this but for once it seems warranted. After agreeing a sale he's decided to keep one of the items and almost double the price of the other, then go on about what a fantastic deal the jacked-up price is. Presumably he had other interest so reckoned he'd chance his arm. When I described that as bollocks, which I think is reasonable and not name-calling or whatnot, he's made repeated threats to get me chucked off the forum.
Worse than anyone I've dealt with before, and I've used ebay quite a bit.

The sale post mentioned above (he's edited the original ad): https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/307147/

Yep, @Muesli's locked the thread after saying a bunch of stuff, so as I couldn't reply. 'It is what it is' he says, and indeed it is, but what it is is him being a really terrible seller. I'm not after some pointless row about it, but it ought to hit his credibility.
To be fair, I think there might be a bit of a language barrier at play.

Yes is that so?
-
• #4469
Yes because I found you abusive and am having traumatic stress
after dealing with you being so negative. Is there any need for being
so arrogant? Just leave me alone I've really had enough of you. -
• #4470
This guy is stressing me I'm sorry but some of his comments
are really below the belt. I found his attitude hostile towards me. -
• #4471
Guy I'm fine just apologise towards me that would help?
There was no communication problem just you are really something else.
-
• #4472
Yes well also he offered PayPal payment, is that one Kosher?
-
• #4473
What is wrong with Paypal?
-
• #4474
I'm not sure but worth asking as someone mentioned it before?
-
• #4475
I think someone once mentioned the weather, is that also relevant?
First line in bold says Large. You shouldn't have to go through the comments to ascertain additional information. Seller mistake.
