    I've not seen or heard of Pandan leaves... One ingredient I always try and keep an eye out for are fresh curry leaves. Really distinct flavour and like fresh bay leaves can really enhance curries / sauces. Barely ever see them anywhere though!

  • My sister gave me a plant as a Christmas present a few years back, along with a kaffir lime. It's still going, despite being neglected for weeks at a time.
