There was a Sikh Tabla band that did a lot of the entertainment, they used to soundcheck on tradition instruments with Motorhead / AC/DC / Metalica songs.

It was the happy pear(annoying YouTube twins) recipe.
Jus-rol shortcrust pastry
1 can beans(I used canelini)
100g nuts
Tsp oil
Tamari
Spices
Mash the lot in a blender til it looks like sausagemeat, cut pastry block in half, make 2 big rolls, cut up and bake.

Made cashew curry for Mrs c00ps the other day - matched my shoes...
(but was yum nonetheless)Apparently, this needs pandan leaf. Anyone know of somewhere that might sell it? I'd like to try at least once.

looks tasty!
I've not seen or heard of Pandan leaves... One ingredient I always try and keep an eye out for are fresh curry leaves. Really distinct flavour and like fresh bay leaves can really enhance curries / sauces. Barely ever see them anywhere though!

My sister gave me a plant as a Christmas present a few years back, along with a kaffir lime. It's still going, despite being neglected for weeks at a time.
From here, I think: https://citruscentre.co.uk/
Edit - just had a thought - not sure what's in their fertiliser (fish/bone meal?) - so you might have to checkCurry recipe resembled the one from here, I think, as I have it written in a ragged little note book (substitute the ghee for oil, obvs + mine has mustard seeds too): http://www.peterkuruvita.com/recipes/recipe-2/cashew-nut-curry/

Mine came out a touch dry but a tiny dash more oil would fix it.

Her YouTube channel has been a main source of meal ideas so far.
We couldn't be arsed with the ranch dip, they were saucy enough with the post-batter coating. Genuinely fucking delicious. -

I made my first lasagne since going vegan last August. Cashew Bechamel is a piece of piss, and used TVP mince in the sauce which was otherwise my classic recipe. Fuck me, better than meat+cheese lasagne by a mile.
Truth be told, I'd had no idea about their fascist flirting until I did some reading up after the gig - but had liked their first album. After the first song, we were saying he was like Donald Trump's favourite black metal singer - the blackshirt attire and straight-arm gesticulations were pretty noxious.
Glad we saw the support band though - Youth Code were ace. Like a female-fronted Skinny Puppy.
