Provide them with the tracking number and the seller should refund you once received.
If the seller does not oblige, eBay can step in and mediate. If that doesn't work, you can then file a dispute with paypal. Keep your postal receipts!
You can also claim back your costs for returning an item - You just need to take a photo of your postal receipt:

Returning something to a seller on eBay says I need to tell him the tracking number. However how do I know I'll get a refund of all my money as they did send it tracked?
Really annoying as they listed it incorrectly and are causing me a lot of problems.
It's a bottom bracket.
