I can only speak for London - I'd take a look in Brick Lane Bikes. Not the bike shop of bike shops, but I think they can point you in the right direction.

Evanscycles is great for testing. If there's anything in their catalogue you like the look of, then let them know, pay a deposit and they'll bring it into store and assemble. If you don't want it then you get your deposit back.

Thanks guys these all sound amazing. Was doing some research and look like i want a more relax geometry for general cruising. Where will the best bike shops be to test these out (london/Manchester). Again thanks for the help.
