That all looks great. What's your carrot cake recipe? My kids would love that.
I got it from Bosh! on Facebook .....they have some good stuff...
I messed up the topping - didn't use the right proportions.... came to put 3.5 cups of icing sugar in and it just seemed SO much I couldn't use it all!!
Oh, and it was unrefined sugar which might not have helped....
