I'm 90% happy with my cane creeks, the shape is nice but the rubber is too hard for my liking...
I have the same and they're never uncomfortable, so not bad. Until you switch back to Shimano ones and notice the difference. They're a little harsh/dense and not very ergonomically shaped, but they do the job and are cheap. The hood rubbers are quite stiff and don't cover a lot of area, so doing a tidy bar wrap can be a challenge I've experienced. 4/5.
Next time I would shell out a little bit more and get SRAM Single Speed levers:

Or find some second hand Campagnolo ones. Probably the most comfortable ones I've ridden.
