What level (Chorus / Record etc) is the chain? Would it wrap around a 53/28? I'd ask you to count the links but that seems mental.

Too late to get out to look at it but will count links tomorrow. It was on a compact chainset so 50X34 with the 11-30T Miche cassette listed.

Crankset was a Record one to get 165mm length Mrs NLL required but remainder of groupset was Chorus so Ii hope that will give you sufficient information.
