I'd need to get a box and do the necessary packing before I could quote you, I had the posted figure in mind for the UK.

If no-one more local wants this then I will look again at posting it out to you. Sorry, I'm feeling particularly lazy right now.

I didn't paint nothing! But yes, unfortunately you're right. The lower portion is black. It's not great. I just stuck it in there as it goes with the bike. I can include another post if it's a deal breaker. It's 27.2 though so it's not hard to find another.
