    Because we have had Stormont MLAs arguing for weeks now. They still get paid.

    And are there attendance rules for Westminster? I doubt that too.

  • Probably not. Which just adds to the general feeling that politics isn't a real job and the people doing it don't have any connection to how life outside the political bubble works.

  • Correct, but Farage is playing that game while not showing up himself.

    Instead of working hard and asking for reform he's ensuring he rakes it in.

    The system needs reform, and all this populism from various sides makes it worse. But it's probably not as easy as ensuring an attendance record, etc.
