Did Condor tell you the model? It looks like Baracchi?
I have one from 71, which is a fillet brazed (like yours) butted R531 tubes. I don't many people brazed reynolds tubes. According to Condor my F+F is a time trialling frame, to be honest I don't know what that is means exactly for the geo but it's good to know.
In the email from Condor they described Vic Edwards as "one of their best ever frame builders".
