  • Or you could not like either option so vote Lib Dem.

  • lib "we'll not rule out another coalition with the tories" dem?

no thanks. i still remember how that worked out the last time round.

  • Considerably better than the conservatives on their own, you mean?

  • yeah i'm not having this bunfight again. there's 4 pages of it back there if anyone's that interested.

  • I just found this on my memory stick. great timing.

  • He's a very principled man, but he's not good in the political game.

Triple whip on article 50, that's just one thing. I read it was a strategic gamble, well it didn't pay off at all.

The media bias doesn't help, but while I initially supported him, I think he cannot deliver aims of Labour AND being so soft on Brexit at the same time.

He also may have made a massive mistake by not opposing the Brexit left/right/centre as the SNP did as it looks most Labour voters were remain.

The toxic media here doesn't help his case at all though, and I still find it baffling people want an NHS...and then vote Tory! But unfortunately such is politics, he's not good at that game.

  • people want an NHS...and then vote Tory!

because people hate brown people more than they love the NHS?

  • Yes, Fallon, that faithful attack dog, has started the slurs (from the Guardian):

"Russia will be watching Labour’s feebleness that Jeremy Corbyn has not supported this deployment. He has questioned it. He has questioned this deployment.
He has not made clear how they would finance our 2% commitment to Nato and at every point he has voted against a stronger defence, including the renewal of Trident last July. Russia will be watching that, will have noted that feebleness and will be watching it throughout this campaign.
Putin would certainly welcome feebler British defence … Any undermining of our deterrent or our commitment to 2% defence spending or any gutlessness in response to Russian aggression would certainly be welcome in Moscow."

  • Putin to rig election then

  • Rupert Murdoch, a billionaire living in Australia, owns the Sun

  • Life comes at you pretty fast...

Expect to see a lot of this from the newsnight / question time pundit shiteratti.

  • The toxic media here

indeed. That was my takeaway. Regardless of his real ability, his credibility is just steamrolled by the right wing press.

  • ha! nice...

  • it's times like these that I thank the sweet lord cronos that I don't use twitter. I can only imagine the apoplexia occurring across the country as the twitter fannies rage...

  • twitter's a great way to get to know your enemy. i just wish they'd make a sportsball free version.

    there's also memes.

  • A fuckload of people fall for the "there's no money" spiel and the "traditional values" spiel.

Of course they can't complain then when someone says they don't mind racism very much, cos if they did... So they can't excuse that consequence.

But then Labour seems to have an anti Semitic problem. Ugh...

  • I'm sure they're keen to invade the UK over the oil they also have ;)

  • But then Labour seems to have a Ken Livingstone problem. Ugh...

    ftf etc

  • A good example of the downside of written word. Does she mean 'sensational' in the 'startling, shocking' sense or 'very good, very impressive' sense?

  • Truly one of the forums best ever posts.

"Thanks to BRM I can say that my sunlight is; Much fair. Very adequate."

  • I miss my swayze hair
