tagzumped.

You wait two weeks for a tagging... Good work, although I was half looking forward to riding out somewhere new to get it!
-
• #18904
But where's the old one? I mean, "woof" in google maps doesn't bring any meaningful results :)

Isle of Dogs pumping station, I think (not got any interesting factoids about it though - sorry)
Assume the other one you went to was Crossness?
-
• #18906
Seems like it, thanks! We went to Crossness indeed. Lovely day on the bike anyway, not regretting it :)
-
• #18907
I thought it was there too until I saw your map! Glad you had a nice ride.

@cgg I was alluding to the fact that the location was revealed earlier today, now back on the previous page.
But, yes, it is a pumping station on the Isle of Dogs (Stewart Street) built in 1988. It even caught Prince 'Carbunkle' Charles' attention who decribed it as 'witty and amusing' apparently

Just kidding, I think it's a great tag. I just can't find it.
-

looks familiar. think i may have had a sleepless night there once.
sadly, purely for mundane reasons.
-
• #18913
If you can't find this one you may have to look for another place.

Too easy.
-
• #18917
That is a bit obvious.
-
• #18918
Yeah I'm OK with doing easier tags every so often to keep the game moving but that's taking it a bit far.

Love the Gormley connection.

Come on, it could be any doors.

I think it's a repost.

I've worked it out, I think. Hard. Very hard, but not impossible. Tempted to try tonight to see if I'm right.

It is times like this when rep is missed.
Chapeau to you sir.

It appears to be on Streetview. Or it has an identical twin.
