Yeah, that's been my experience too. Bought one for my fixed gear and one for my brother's bike. Haven't used my spare yet, but my bro's having no issues with his one either. Very easy to adjust and seems solid. Only way to improve imo would be little angle markers like Thomson, but nothing a bit of tippex won't fix :)

Well there was no slipping, it was a bit comfier than the previous alloy post and it did its job very well. The mechanism is easily the most simple to use and easy to adjust the angle of any post I've ever used.
10/10 so far
