I have a dead and discoloured front tooth. It has been dead for a long time and whilst it doesn't cause me any problems at all it is less pretty than the rest of me.
My own dentist sort of suggested something but somehow I lacked confidence that they were presenting me with all the options, just what their particular surgery was able to do, which is kind of fair enough, but I would like to know what the advantages/disadvantages of various approaches are. Money is sort of no object here, I'd rather find the money and have something I am very happy with rather than make compromises.
I had this due to an unfortunate rugby incident (read fight). My local NHS dentist took a mould, made a veneer, and I got some whitening at the same time. This was about 4 years ago and forget that I had it done most of the time.
How does one find a decent dentist?
