I'd pass on condor.
Swift cycle is good, might be a bit cheaper than cyclefit.
Cyclefit are worth it equally. -

I have used both @scherrit and Cyclefit and would endorse both. Bike whisperer is my preference because Scherrit. Phil and Jules are great but Scherrit is even more client focused, obsessive and will give followup appointments and is only happy when his client is perfectly satisfied. He introduced me to my wife which I did not get from Cyclefit.

No longer pimping for Hippy?

He doesn't have time with all the 'other' work I've got him doing.

I did one at Condor. It was ok but I'm very much an amateur and my focus was more on comfort rather than speed. It did the job, cleared up some knee pain and numb hands on long rides which would have taken quite some time to do myself.
However, I don't think it would add that much for a more experienced cyclist compared to the descriptions of the more expensive fits.

Riddle me this, I have issues with my shoulders when riding- I suspect from holding myself off the bars. Swapping to an SMP made this a bit better as I can lean into the saddle rather than holding myself off it, but only up to a point- the shoulder issue still stops me riding over five hours.
Riding the Klein Q-Pro I just built the shoulder problem is hugely reduced- it's also very low at the front. I seem to be supporting my torso much more with my core when the front is lower.
Now I could lower the front of the CAAD12- but I already get thigh/ribs interface on that. I don't, however, on the Klein.
What's going on, and is my WAG of "lower is better" correct?

we need @Paul-Michel style pictures to make sense of this

Didn't you have problems on the Serotta, which you sorted out by copying the position of your other Klein? Sounds like time to get the tape measure out again.
Alternatively, it could be that the new position is simply taking strain away from current problem areas, though might also create its own problems over time. Give the Q-Pro a month or two on some longer rides and see if you develop any new aches.

I think all your fit issues will be resolved if you sell those 202s to me.

Sounds like time to get the spirit level out again.

I think at this point a video capture of @Dammit , riding all his bikes ( not all at once ) on the turbo trainer is essential viewing.
The full #internetbikefit can commence then.

How much lower are the bars on the Klein?
Have you used the same saddles and saddle setback on both bikes? If you have, I reckon you should try moving the saddle rearward on the CAAD. -

I'm open to this idea

I just changed crank length from 165mm to 170mm. I dropped my saddle by 5mm and moved it back by 2mm. I'll give it a ride and see how it feels, but does that sound right?

Sounds right from a geometry point of view. Your knees will end up higher at the top of the pedaling circle than they used to though. You might want to tinker with your bar height.
-

Yeah I did wonder about that - I guess it's about adjusting saddle height so I don't end up over-extending my knee at the 6 o'clock position, but then just accepting that 170mm will just be quite different elsewhere in the pedal stroke.
Would tinkering with bar height presumably be raising it?

Not sure to be on honest. On one hand you've lowered your saddle so you've reduced your saddle to bar drop. This would imply lower the bars to counter.
On the other hand your knees are now moving closer to your torso and thus testing your flexibility more. This would suggest raise your bars to counter.
In conclusion, I have no idea. Maybe just leave them where they are and see how you get on.
Anyone had any experience with a Condor bike fit? Cyclefit seems to be a popular choice - but considering the price difference between the two, I'd be interested to see peoples thoughts.
