I was initially thinking Suntour, preferrably in black, but those look pretty good and wouldn't be completely random choice. I could be interested pending price, if you're ok with posting to Finland.
Edit: I found a discussion suggesting that the adjustment is for V brakes only. I might need to look into it a bit more.

I've just found them out. They have adjustable cable pull so can be used with canti or v brakes. (Sorry for poor picture)
