  • Cycling club type A - 'Cycling club' with broad range of members, weekly rides and sportive, racing and events. Too many rules and kit is usually a bit generic

Cycling Club B - 'Group of friends that turned into a club', less rules, more banter, downside is can be really cliquey if you are not in with the right group, not many club runs but mysteriously most members ride out weekends in smaller satellite groups which fit their sub-genre, 'dads, fixed, boring twats, etc'. Better kit.

Cycling Club C - 'Artisan/specialist' basically men who need to find another way to distance themselves from what they perceive as lower on the food chain, and use status, wealth, vocation or another way to preserve white bro culture and get a kit that looks great on social channels.
