Pigs trotters and tripe stew planned this weekend, epic hangover cure apparently needs 8 hours slow cooking, mixed with guineo (that small green plaintain from colombia, actually from west Africa) I picked up at Brixton market yesterday.
First though need to get proper wrecked on booze to test its recovery credentials.
