probably strong enough (definitely stronger than 3D printed anything from Maklab) but on second look don't think it'll be compatible with your fork though : /
something along those lines but bigger? My last dynamo set up I actually stole some meccano from my nephew and bent that into shape with a vice and some pliers-the shame!

you could mount with something like this round the fork steerer, possibly even sandwiched under the crown race:

Busch and Muller sell lots of different mounting brackets for fairly cheap so I'm sure they'll have something
