If serious question, bokeh is a word, from china or Japan I forget which, to describe the attractiveness of the blurred areas of a photo.
Typically wide aperture shots with a shallow depth of field. Also the more aperture blades, the more "round" the bokeh especially visible with points of light within the out of focus areas.
