Did my second parkrun today, according to Strava did 17:47, but Im pretty sure that's a fair bit quicker than I actually did, still even if I was 15 seconds slower it's close to a minute faster than my first one back in October!
Run training and losing weight seem to be paying off!
That's a pretty nifty time ahead of aiming for a sub-3 marathon. I know 8-and-a-bit parkruns back to back is another kettle of fish, but it's nice to have the basic speed there. Just have to get it right on the day now!

Official time was 17:50 which I'm pretty pleased with, I'm going to have to lock myself in the house next Saturday to prevent me going out again!
