Like skinny says you do look a little cramped. Would try taking the saddle back a little and upping and lengthening the bars as your hip angle looks quite tight already (which moving the saddle back is going to tighten. Then shrug your head downwards by pointing your chin at your hands.
And then ride your tt bike in position as much as possible.
Do as you want. It's a free for all. So post away.
But I'm not sure anyone on here, or anywhere else, has any idea what they're talking about.
You need to do some aero testing. If you have a powermeter you can do it yourself.
