Can anyone clarify why people are so pleased the 3cm rule has been scrapped? (Asides from having to sell/buy bikes to fit rule) Does it mean you can now get further forward (and open hip angle) or is it an aerodynamic thing?
It's a shit rule and there's no way to properly enforce it without going full UCI style with jigs and stuff on people's bikes before races.
