I've got it in my Bell Zephyr. It's cleverly integrated into that design though. I've not had another helmet with it before but I did try some with Mips added into older designs (like the Synthe) and the fit was a bit smaller as they need to retro fit the system into existing moulds.
I can't see a massive benefit to spending the extra for Mips if you're on the fence about it.
