New fork, new wheels, new ..... Well, just the frame didn't changed. :) So heavy with those heavy duty rims, but really comfy to ride.
I'll change the bars soon and put another crank set.

Does anyone know what this casing inside the bottom bracket shell is? It is bb86, so are these cups? Thoroughly confused so any help would be great

Campag Ultratorque cups for press fit BB86

Really? I heard good things from people saying they're alright for everyday commute.

Thanks, do you know how to remove it so I can fit GXP cranks? or would it be easier to leave it in and just put bearings in that will fit for Sram crankset?

It'll not work with anything other than Ultratorque. There be some kind of tool to take it out, buy a gxp bb86 and just get your bike shop to swap them over.

nothing is better than supremes, the fact that the name contains 'marathon' is an insult.

I would quite like to run a 52t chainring but this is the 'clearance' I have with a 50t:
Definitely not doing a homemade crimp myself.
Are there any other options that won't affect the chainline? Or is my option 'use a smaller chainring?
(Cranks are DA 7710 with DA chainring)

What size sprocket are you using? might as well just go smaller unless this is a pursuit bike or something.

Smaller cog on the rear? Custom ring & cog á la 10-pitch? 😉

Ideally I'd like a range of 15 to 19 for track/crits to medium gear TTs.
The current chain length would just about allow 52 x 19 but 50 x 15 would be near the end of the dropouts, and I can't get 50 x 19 with one less link.
I am all for marathon supremes, lovely tyres .. any other tyre is a downgrade, gumwall fetish can >>>>>>>>>>
