Laughing Gravy is good (but not that cheap ~ £18 for the roast).

I'm really fond of the Royal Oak on Tabard Street. Its a bit of a spit and sawdust pub but the roasts are excellent. The landlord is a butcher, knows how to get maximum bang for his meat buying buck.
