If you had sold it today with a tyre on then tomorrow or the next day your buyer contacted you to say it was cracked what would you do then. Your buyer wouldn't have known if it had a tyre on it anymore that you did and probably the same for whoever you bought it from. Give it a good soaking in superglue then wipe off and use it.
What's the worst that could happen? YOLO!
